50-60 minute Sessions are $170-$220, depending on time of day and whether you attend individually or as a couple. IFS Therapy 90-minute sessions are $250.
Medicare rebates do not apply to couples counselling or psychotherapy. Some Health Funds offer rebates. Please ask if I am registered with your fund, if not I offer rebate matching.
I also offer some pro-bono sessions, please email me and I can let you know if I have openings.
Evening sessions are available Tuesday to Thursday (5-7pm) with Saturday appointments from 10am-4pm. These times are limited and often book ahead. Waitlisting is available.
You don’t need a GP referral to begin counselling with a psychotherapist.
Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum then settle into a fortnightly routine, however there is no fixed structure.
Online sessions are available via a secure a telehealth platform, offering flexibility for those balancing work, family or distance.
Reminders are sent 48 hours ahead. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations and missed sessions are charged a fee.
Privacy is treated with utmost care and respect. Nothing is shared without written consent, except where there is a duty of care—for example, if there is a risk of harm. Notes are taken with permission on an encrypted platform.
